Team Description
Lions Racing is the Formula Student team of the technical university in Braunschweig, Germany. Founded in 2000 the team is now working on its 20th vehicle.
From the beginning onwards lightweighted construction was one of the main objectives and since 2016 this is achieved by designing and manufacturing our own cfrp monocoques in house.
To be able to work in leading fields of innovation the team created its first electric race car in 2012 and remained in that class ever since. Going forward from 2019 driverless systems became part of our vehicles as well.
